PickleSmash Queso


  • 1 cup Picklesmash®️ Salsa (Mild, Medium or Hot)
  • 1/2 (10 ounce) can RO*TEL®️ Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Velveeta®️, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 bag tortilla chips


  1. Combine Picklesmash®️ Salsa, RO*TEL (undrained) and Velveeta®️ in a medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat until Velveeta®️ is melted completely and mixture is blended, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes.
  3. Serve in a bowl for dipping and spoon some more Picklesmash®️ Salsa on top.
